Senator Demands Probe of Leaked Documents
Senator Patty Murray of Washington today demanded an investigation into the alleged leak of FDA documents to the Tobacco Vapor Electronic Cigarette Association (TVECA). Senator Murray has requested that Health and Human Services Inspector General Daniel Levinson identify the source of the leak, expressing concerns about the release of documents still under review.
